# How to Bridge MANTA to Moonbeam from Manta ATLANTIC

### Step-by-Step Guide for Bridging MANTA from Manta Atlantic to Moonbeam

Note, if you have MANTA on Pacific all you need to do is bridge it to Atlantic using same bridge and then you can follow this guide to bridge from Atlantic to Moonbeam.

### Step 1: Posses MANTA Tokens

Ensure you have MANTA in your MANTA wallet to cover gas cost for the bridge transaction. 

### Step 2: Open Bridge Page

Head to [Manta Bridge](https://app.manta.network/manta/bridge) page.

### Step 3: Select Source and Destination Chains

Connect your Manta Wallet and your Moonbeam Wallet, then set the `from Network` to Atlantic and the `To Network` to Moonbeam

### Step 4: Select Asset

Click on Asset and choose MANTA. after selecting asset input the amount desired to bridge and hit Connect MetaMask to or enter your Moonbeam wallet address manually. Switch network to Moonbeam if you are not already on it and proceed with bridging transaction.

## Step 5: Bridge Assets

After entering amount of tokens to bridge and selecting your Moonbeam wallet, proceed with the bridging transaction by clicking on `Submit` and signing the transaction.&#x20;

### Step 5: Bridge Transaction Progress

&#x20;As soon as you sign the bridge transaction, you will be able to watch it's progress. It should take less than a minute to finish
